The first European to reach the Cape was the Portuguese explorer, Bartolomeu Dias in 1488.
He named it Cabo das Tormentas - Cape of Storms.
CaBo was founded in 2013. With a degree in Interior Design I always knew that my path would lead to product design whilst embracing a career of entrepreneurship.
My design style has always been simple and uncomplicated. It is mostly inspired by the South African lifestyle. Enjoying the good things in life.
Sustainability and quality is very important in my product development. I care very much about the footprint that I leave on this African Continent that I call home.
